How Do I Return Something?
Adultdiapers.net wants all customers to be happy with purchases made at our site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have thirty (30) days from the date of invoice to return the product after receive of the order. All returns, except for returns of defective products, are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
Before returning any product, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting Adultdiapers.net's customer service representatives at 973-746-2583. Please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, nature of problem. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to you.
All products must be returned in resalable condition, with their original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit or debit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase within five (5) days from the time Adultdiapers.net receives the returned product.
Exclusions
Certain products, such as toilet seats and incontinence supplies, may not be returned due to hygiene issues.
Due to manufacturers' return policies, certain defective products may only be returned for repairs - no refunds or exchanges may be made.
Shipment of Returns
All returns should be sent to the address set forth on the packing slip received with the products. You may either arrange for shipment of the product on your own, or, for an additional fee, Adultdiapers.net will arrange for the product to picked up at your home (or such other location as directed by you) and returned to Adultdiapers.net. For all returns, other than returns of defective products, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in the event that it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery, since Adultdiapers.net will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any returned product.
If you need to return a product that is defective or shipped in error by Adultdiapers.net, we apologize for your inconvenience. Please contact us for an RMA number and we will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. At your request, Adultdiapers.net will arrange for the defective product to picked up from your home (or such other location as directed by you) and returned to Adultdiapers.net, at Adultdiapers.net's cost.
