These doubly reinforced pads offer moderate to heavy absorbency and can be used with Dignity undergarments or other regular pants. The pad, which does not have adhesive strips, is constructed with fluff filling and a soft non-woven covering which means less noise. A folded pad measures 12 inches long and four inches wide. Pads are available in a package of 30 or a case of 180, containing 6 packages.
